1454332 Packaging machines POLYGRAM GmbH 10 Jan 1974 [31 Jan 1973] 01202/74 Heading B8C In apparatus for printing label information on data carriers such as gramophone record discs, the discs are carried, in palette apertures 7-24 of an endless conveyer, past upper and lower printing stations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 so that both sides of the disc are printed on their central flat surfaces, each disc then being transferred by suction gripper 47 to a drier magazine 48 from which each disc is inserted into an opened sleeve. The sleeves 63 are advanced in stacks of 50 on plates 64 of a magazine until a suction device 67 transfers separate sleeves to a rotatably indexed suction drum 73 by which each sleeve is carried to a sleeve opening suction device 74 beneath drier magazine 48.
