1452618 Recovering silver FUJI PHOTO FILM CO Ltd 6 Nov 1973 [8 Nov 1972] 51556/73 Heading C1A A silver anion complex is removed from a photographic processing solution containing a thiosulphate, thiocyanate or polythia-alkanediol by contacting it with an ion exchange resin containing quaternary ammonium salt functional groups so as to adsorb the silver complex salt, which may be desorbed in a further step by contacting the resin with a neutral salt and/or solvent for silver salt having a large silver complex salt-eluting ability to provide an eluate solution containing the silver complex salt.
