1452404 Heterocyclic amidic derivatives of nicotinic acid SIGMA-TAU INDUSTRIE FARMACEUTICHE RIUNITE SpA 18 March 1974 11968/74 Heading C2C Novel compounds of formula in which R 1 and R 2 are, independently, substituted or unsubstituted alkylene, and acid addition salts thereof are prepared by reacting a nicotinoyl chloride hydrochloride or a nicotinic acid ester hydrchloride with a compound of formula or a hydrochloride thereof, optionally in the presence of a HCl acceptor to give an amidic derivative and optionally with subsequent acid treatment of the amidic derivative to provide a salt other than the hydrochloride.
