1450724 Automatic circuit breakers AIRPAX ELECTRONICS Inc 8 Oct 1973 18895/76 Divided out of 1450723 Heading H1N A circuit breaker has the same general construction and handle sealing means of the parent Application but instead of the sealing flap an aperture 84, Fig. 7, communicates with the arcing chamber and is covered with a wire mesh screen 82 adhesively secured to a counterbore 80 in a housing 12<SP>1</SP> to prevent flame being blown out of the aperture. A single layer wire mesh is not larger than 30 per square inch or equivalent in multiple layers. Plastics material mesh may be substituted for wire.
