145,021. McBride, D. June 13, 1919, [Convention date]. Doors, wagon.-In order to provide for a vertical adjustment of the sliding door C of a railway freight car or the like without detaching from the door the brackets 6 carrying the supporting-pulleys 15, each pulley bolt 10 is mounted between plates 9 which are guided vertically in recesses 8 in the bracket 6 and are provided w i t h serrated inner faces to interengage with serrations on the bottorns of the recesses 8, the bolt 10 being threaded at 11 into one of the plates 9 for tightening purposes and moving within slots 13 in the bracket 6.
