1448249 Ignition systems BENDIX CORP 28 Nov 1973 [29 Nov 19721 55232/73 Addition to 1414920 Heading F1B [Also in Division H3] The first semi-conductor means of an electrical pulse generator according to Specification 1414920 comprises two parallel connected transistors 20, 50 having current transfer ratios which differ by not more than ten. Preferably the current transfer ratios are in the range from 40 to 50 as shown, the electrical pulse generator forms part of a battery powered ignition circuit for jet or gas turbine engines.
