Abstract

1447538 Humidifying devices for space-heating radiators G SCHMITZ 16 Nov 1973 53273/73 Heading F4S A humidifying device comprising a water container of flexible material is placed in contact with a heated surface of a space heater whereby the container wall clings and conforms to the shape of said surface. In the form shown the container comprising a plastics-foil bag 4 has a rigid rim 3 also of plastics material, and extensions 2 adapted to extend in use between the components of a sectional radiator. The bottom portions 5, 6 of the bag are shaped to correspond with the shape of the upper part of the radiator on which in use the bag 4 is seated. A grating (not shown) may cover the surface of the water contained in the bag.
