The oil guide groove is arranged on the inner wall of the radiating fin body 1 and is communicated with the upper oil pocket and the lower oil pocket.
The heat-generating body 7 sets up in the lower oil pocket of heat radiation structure 9, and the one end of heat-generating body 7 is arranged in heat radiation structure 9 and is kept away from the one end of humidification structure.
The humidifying structure comprises a middle sheet 10, wherein the middle sheet 10 is provided with a connecting bag 11, a blocking piece 3, a water inlet 5 and a waterway 6.
The connecting bags 11 are two upper connecting bags respectively arranged at the upper ends of the middle plates 10 and lower connecting bags arranged at the lower ends of the middle plates 10, wherein the upper connecting bags are connected with the upper oil pockets of the adjacent cooling plates in series, and the lower connecting bags are connected with the lower oil pockets of the adjacent cooling plates in series.
The blocking members 3 are respectively provided in the two connection packets 11 to divide the connection packets 11 into a first accommodation chamber 41 and a second accommodation chamber 42.
