1447518 Sintered Mo base alloy parts GENERAL ELECTRIC CO LTD 21 Nov 1974 [20 Dec 1973] 59080/73 Heading C7A Parts of apparatus for use in metal casting (e.g. tools, dies, moulds and cores) are made of a sintered alloy consisting, apart from impurities, of:- and three or four of A powder mixture may be pressed at 5-50 tons per square inch and sintered in a reducing atmosphere at 1200-1500‹C, optionally after presintering at 800‹C. The final machined body may be annealed at 1000-1100‹C.
