1445324 Substituted - 1,3 - oxazimes DELALANDE SA 24 March 1975 [9 April 1974] 12089/75 Addition to 1359751 Heading C2C Novel compounds of the Formula I wherein Ar is a phenyl radical substituted by one or two halogens selected from chlorine and fluorine, one or two C 1-4 alkyl, one or two methoxy or a trifluoromethyl, benzyloxy or methylcarbonylamino may be prepared by reducing a cyano compound to ArOCH 2 CHOHCH 2 CH 2 NH 2 followed by reaction with thiophosgene to yield which cyclizes on heating to the required compound. Pharmaceutical compositions of the compounds I with the usual excipients show antidepressive, neurotropic, sedative, anticataleptisant, anticonvulsivant, tranquillizing, myorelaxant, analgesic, anti - inflammatory, anti - ulcerous, antibronchoconstrictive, anticholinergic, vasodilatory, cardiovascular analeptic, hypotensive and central anticholinergic properties when administered orally, parenterally or rectally.
