Hand-shears. - Detachable handles for hand or spring shears &c. consist of arms a., b pivoted at c and provided with grooves g, g<1> engaging on the sides of the shears, which project at right-angles to the plane of the arms. The shears are held fast by spring-actuated hooks d, d<1> and are further engaged by a forked clip f, which prevents endlong movement. A triangular plate p turned up at p<1>, p<11> serves as a stop.
