Abstract

1444244 Compost producing closet GUSTAVSBERGS FABRIKER AB 13 Sept 1973 [19 Sept 1972] 43168/73 Heading E1C A compost-producing closet 16 has a perforated bottom and a paddle including a shaft rotatably journalled at each end in the closet's walls. The paddle stirs the bed 20 of material which is suitable for biologically decomposing human waste. The paddle may be either manually or electrically operated. A shutter 22 is movable to permit compost to fall into a removable tray 28. Heaters 26 and a vent pipe 23 are provided.
