1443286 Heated rollers HOECHST AG 23 July 1974 [25 July 1973] 32499/74 Heading F2U [Also in Divisions G2-G3] A heat fixing device for toner images (see Divisions G2-G3) includes a rotatable metal cylinder 30 covered with a web consisting of an electrically insulating layer 29 and an electrically conducting layer 28 which latter is heated by electric current passed therethrough. As exemplified, the layer 28 comprises a silicone rubber having conductive particles incorporated therein.
