1441825 Wall brackets LANDSTINGENS INKOPSCENTRAL 24 April 1974 [24 April 1973] 19304/73 Heading A4B A bracket, which is pivotable for movement between working and out-of-use positions, comprises a fitting 2 for attachment to a wall 1, a support arm 3, which may carry or comprise a table top, the support arm 3 being pivotally mounted at its inner end 5 on the fitting 2, a leg 7 hinged at its upper end 8 to the support arm 3, and a link arm 4 hinged at its opposite ends 6, 9 to the fitting 2 and leg 7 respectively, the arrangement being such that when the support arm 3 is moved from its horizontal working position to its vertical out-of-use position the leg 7 pivots to lie substantially parallel to the support arm 3, the geometry being such that in swinging to its out-of-use position the bracket passes through an over-centre intermediate position whereby the bracket is retained by gravity in its out-of-use position.
