Chimney and ventilating-shaft tops.-A revolving cowl fitting comprises a sleeve f surrounding a spindle e secured to a boss d on a bracket c and having a cone i on which the revolving cage a is mounted by its conical top k. In addition, there is a ball race at each end of the sleeve with corresponding races formed in the boss d and the lower face of a nut g which secures the sleeve on the spindle.
