Abstract

1441371 Wiper blade holders SWF-SPEZIAL FABRIK FUR AUTOZUBEHOR GUSTAV RAU GmbH 21 Feb 1974 [23 Feb 1973] 7869/74 Heading A4F A wiper blade holder assembly comprises plastics main and two intermediate yokes 10, 20, a stop recess 21 on each yoke 20 receiving a respective cylindrical stop shoulder 15 which are situated at each end of the main yoke 10. The end portions of yoke 10 have a U-shaped transverse cross-section, the shanks 11, (12) Fig. 2 (not shown) of which are extended into lugs 13, (14) connected together by a respective shoulder 15. The intermediate yokes 20 each have a width in the region of recess 21 equal to the distance between the corresponding lugs 13, (14). As described, the yokes 10, 20 are triangular in cross-section, except at the end portions of the main yoke 10. Each yoke 20 is provided with a rib having parallel sides 22, 23 the light thereof being greater on that side 25 of recess 21 that is nearer the adjacent end of the main yoke 10 so as to restrict rotary movement of the yokes 20.
