1437201 Cleaning drinking glasses E DECKER [trading as DECKER ELEKTROMASCHINENBAU] 29 May 1973 [30 June 1972] 25580/73 Heading B8T A machine for cleaning drinking glasses comprises an electric motor 7, an internal brush 4, drive gear 10, 11, coupling the brush 4 with the motor 7, a water supply line 18, and a single switch element 19 for simultaneously switching the motor 7 on or off and opening or blocking the water supply line 18. In the embodiment shown, the switch element is a water tap 19 which in addition to controlling the water flow to a rinsing head 3, controls the electrical power to the motor 7 by means of a pressure switch 9. The motor is contained in a sealed housing 6, located in a machine housing 7 and having a push-in connection to a branch 16 of the supply line 18. As an alternative (not shown) the single switch element may be an electrical switch controlling the motor and also an electromagnetic valve in the supply line.
