1435097 Apparatus for distributing granular materials IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd 3 May 1973 [12 May 1972] 22342/ 72 Heading A1D A device for sowing seed or like granular material consists of one or more containers 1 secured to a bar 10 within a hopper 11. Each container is linked by a tube 3 to a block 4 which is shaped to correspond to the. contrarotating rollers 12 and 13. The block 4 has a passage 16 and a slidable closure 6 with an aperture 8 the same size as the passage 16. The rate of flow of seed to the rollers is controlled by the degree of opening of the closure 6.
