Abstract
1431399 Radiographic apparatus CIBAGEIGY AG 7 Aug 1974 [10 Aug 1973] 37955/73 Heading H5R To feed X-ray film sheets from a magazine 10 within a patient-supporting tiltable table 1, via cassette 11 adjustable over a range of positions in which the film can be exposed, directly to an integral processor 7, horizontal nip rolls (Fig. 2, not shown) located in the table near the pivot axis 4 feed the film with a downward component into the nip of other rolls mounted on the pedestal 2, 3 with their nip immediately below the pivot axis. Both sets of rolls are driven to feed the film, which is directed on to a platform 12 and thence sideways through flexibly coupled tunnel 6 into the processor. After processing the film may be placed in viewer 8.
