Abstract

1431017 Sewing machines SUISEI INDUSTRIAL CO Ltd 5 Feb 1974 [18 May 1973] 05173/74 Heading D1G A presser bar B has a pivotable presserfoot carrier 5 on its lower end on which are mounted a two or more presser feet X, Y. A member with limited freedom to slide up and down the presser bar holds an extension 9 of the carrier in position. To change presser-feet, the member 4 is raised, the carrier rotated about the pin 10 and the member 4 slid down again. The member 4 comprises a knurled ring and two depending prongs 4b in each of which is a slot 4c. The presser feet are secured to the carrier 5 using screws 7.
