1430017 Chocolate crumb composition UNILEVER Ltd 10 April 1974 [13 April 1973] 17962/73 Heading A2B A milk chocolate crumb composition comprises non-fat milk solids, sugar, cocoa mass or powder and non-milk edible fat compatible with cocoa butter. The amount of edible fat should preferably be equal to the total fat in a crumb based on full cream milk. It may be in the form of cocoa butter, a palm oil fraction, fats from vegetable butters or lauric fats from palm kernel and coconut oil. Lecithin may be added as an emulsifier.
