Abstract

1429488 Suspended ceiling panels HUNLAS BV 29 May 1973 [29 May 1972] 25454/73 Heading E1W A grid-like suspended ceiling comprises panels 1 each including a pair of facing sheets 2 of, e.g. metal, with inturned flanges 3 along each longitudinal edge, the sheets being held together by spaced connectors 4 which grip all the flanges. Panels 1 may be arranged edge-to-edge using couplings 12 (Fig. 6) engaging slots 6 in adjacent connectors 4. Finishing strips 8 may be clipped along exposed edges. A cross-connector 15 may be employed, with an upstanding bush 18 through which a rod 14 may be threaded. The sheet flanges 3 may be held in contact by a differently shaped connector.
