1424666 Transistor amplifying circuits COMMUNICATIONS PATENTS Ltd 6 April 1973 [15 Feb 1972] 7010/72 Heading H3T In a class B push-pull amplifier comprising output transistors VT10, VTll, the transistors are biased above the non-linear current region and driven by means of cascaded emitterfollowers VT6, VT8 and VT7, VT9 respectively: diodes W3, W4 are connected to the emitters of the transistors VT6, VT7 respectively and biased from the base bias source VT12 so that they prevent the transistors VT10, VT11 being driven towards the non-conduction region. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1,329,090.
