1418900 Bundling straps MANX MAIL ORDER Ltd 18 Feb 1974 [28 Nov 1972] 54937/72 Heading E2B The serrated tongue 10B of a plastics bundling strap is secured by a pawl 14 which is attached within head 24, 26 by a pair of flexible webs 18, 20, of which one is connected to the top of an aperture 16 in the base of the head and the other is connected to the bottom, so that axial deflection of the pawl under strap loading causes it to ride up into firmer gripping engagement.
