[Also in Division A4] A punnet 10, is formed from cardboard or drawn or woven plastics material with side slots 3 comprising a horizontal part and an inclined part to accommodate a handle 8, which is attached to the punnet by inserting shaped ends 4 through the inclined parts of the slots 3 and turning the ends 4 so that they bear against the horizontal parts. The ends 4 may be of varying shapes and the base of the punnet may be rectangular or trapeziform with a smooth, ribbed or indented surface. The handles may be pressed down into the punnet in order to stack the punnets.
