Abstract

1418582 Web dispenser PAPIERWERKE WALDHOF - ASCHAFFENBURG AG 4 Sept 1973 [19 July 1973] 41452/73 Heading B8M [Also in Division B7] A cleaning material dispenser unit comprises a frame 11, at least one wheel or roller, e.g. wheels 13, at the lower end of the frame, a mounting 19 at the upper end of the frame adapted to releasably support a refuse bag 21 for used cleaning material, and an inverted generally U-shaped yoke 23 at the upper end of the frame 11. Limbs 24, 25 of the yoke are adapted to receive a roll of cleaning material 28 such as paper or cellulose wadding, and the cross-member of the yoke is accessible as a handle by which the unit may be tilted about the wheel or roller axis. As described the roll 28 is carried on a shaft 27, with spacers 31, 32, which is received in holders 26 on the yoke limbs. The limbs also slidably support a tear-off blade 29. The mounting 19 is annular and the bag 21 has its mouth folded or stretched thereover. A foot member 16 is secured to the lower part 12 of the frame 11. The wheel axle 14, foot member 16, mounting 19, and yoke 23 are all releasably secured to the frame by bolts, e.g. 15, 17, and 20.
