1410757 Curtains TOOTAL Ltd 8 Sept 1972 [24 Aug 1971 23 Oct 1971] 39551/71 and 49341/71 Heading A4S [ Also in Division D1] An e.g.warp knitted curtain fabric has an integral strip or tape section constituting a heading and incorporating at least one draw thread 2a, 2b so that the fabric may be drawn up into pleats. This strip may be folded over and secured to the fabric to form a hem to receive a curtain rod. The strip may include a thread 2c, 2d which, when the fabric is drawn up forms loops to be engaged by curtain hooks. The fabric which may be made from polyester yarns comprises chains and laid-in wefts 3 which are omitted at intervals to form spaces 3a which allow the fabric to fold readily into uniform pleats. A similar structure without threads 2c, 2d is shown in Fig.3.
