Abstract

1410502 Dispensing closures SHISEIDO CO Ltd 19 Sept 1972 43297/72 Heading B8T A plastics bottle comprises a body 1 with a neck 6 in which is a member 8 having a plurality of apertures 8f and a cap 2 with a hole 3a, the cap being angularly displaceable to the body to shift a shutter piece 9 thereby forming a flowpath for liquid. The shutter piece 9 may be mounted in the cap or may be loose between the cap and body. In a modification (not shown) the body may be elliptical in shape with a circular crosssection neck, the bottom of the cap being in contact with the body to cause it to cam upward on rotation to open the flow path.
