Abstract

1408060 Self-processing film units POLAROID CORP 19 Oct 1972 [22 Oct 1971] 48252/72 Heading G2X A photographic film unit for the production of a colour print by diffusion transfer has the following combination of features:- (a) a first sheet element comprising an opaque support carrying a photo-sensitive silver halide layer having associated therewith a dye image-providing material, (b) a second sheet element comprising a transparent support carrying, in order, a diffusion transfer image-receiving layer and a light-reflecting layer, (c) a rupturable container of processing composition, (d) an opacifying agent, either in the processing composition or in a layer over or in the light-reflecting layer. The units may be connected in known manner to make a film pack Fig.4 (not shown) for use in a known manner in a self-processing camera Fig.6 (not shown).
