Abstract

1404917 Face-to-face pile fabrics FLORTEXTILIEN KARL-MARX-STADT VEB 15 Jan 1974 [15 Jan 1973] 01877/74 Heading D1K A face-to-face pile fabric has pile yarns provided in warpwise rows, the first row have pile yarns 1, 2 in the same dent, the next row having pile yarns 1, 2, 9, 10 in the same dent and the third row again having pile yarns 1, 2 in the same dent. This is said to provide weftwise support to the tufts. The base fabric is a 2 x 2 rib weave. There are pileless warp rows between the piled rows.
