Abstract

1401407 Cases for cosmetics and the like SCHMALBACH-LUBECA-WERKE AG 20 July 1973 [14 Dec 1972] 34655/73 Heading B8P [Also in Division B5] Cases for cosmetics, or like substances, having a piston therein to facilitate dispensing of the substance are so designed that the case and its cap form a mould into which the substance is poured and subsequently sets. The cap 3, shown in Fig. 3, on an inverted case 1, has a wall 4a which limits the flow of the liquid substance into the cap. The position of the wall is dependent upon the length 2 of the seat of the cap 3. With this arrangement the length of the cap is not limited. The wall 4a may be part of a separate member that is a force-fit in the inside of the cap. The piston can be moved in the casing by finger pressure or by a threaded pin.
