Abstract
1397506 Boxing gloves V PETRUSEK 6 Aug 1973 37260/73 Addition to 1394896 Heading A6M A boxing glove made from air impervious sheet material, comprises a sleeve 46 defining a passage, a casing 40 encompassing the sleeve and defining therewith, at least in part, a first inflatable chamber about the sleeve, means attaching the casing to the sleeve such that one end of the sleeve is open to permit the insertion of a fist into the passage, the passage being interrupted eg by a partition 50, at a point remote from one end thereof to limit the distance which a fist may be inserted into the passage. As shown the end of the sleeve remote from the open end is closed by end wall 42 so as to define a second inflatable chamber within the sleeve, there being holes 52 in this part of the sleeve to provide for fluid communicated between the two chambers.
