Abstract
1397257 Purifying pyridazine derivatives BYK GULDEN LOMBERG CHEMISCHE FABRIK GmbH 3 Nov 1972 [5 Nov 1971] 50750/72 Heading C2C Compounds of formulae are purified by forming their salts with organic nitrogen bases, recryatallizing the salts from an organic solvent, and recovering the desired pyridazine derivative by decomposing the salts with acids. In the formulae, R 1 and R 2 are each C 1-5 alkyl, Ph (possibly halogen- or alkylsubstituted) or Ph-C 1-5 -alkyl, and R 3 is C 1-5 alkyl, Ph, Ph-C 1-5 -alkyl or an up to C 6 alicyclic radical. In an example, the intermediate salts are formed from 1,2-diphenyl-3,6-dioxo-4-hydroxy-5-n-butylpyridazine and morpholine, piperidine, dicyclohexylamine or diethanolamine.
