1396228 Multiplex pulse signalling; automatic exchange systems TELEFONBAU UND NORMALZEIT GmbH 22 May 1973 [26 June 1972] 24290/73 Headings H4L and H4K In a t.d.m. system, for reducing crosstalk, each transmitting channel at its connection with a common bus-bar has an output impedance more than twice as great as the input impedance of a single receiving channel at its point of connection with the bus-bar and more than twice as great as the characteristic impedance of any coaxial cable forming the major part of the bus-bar. The high output impedance may be provided by the arrangement shown in Fig. 3, which provides unity amplification. Diode D12 is connected to the feed conductor of the coaxial cable KL and resistor R4 to the return conductor. A modification, Fig. 4 (not shown), includes a feedback connection via an additional transistor.
