1394283 Pressure gauges G A BAYLEY 2 March 1973 [20 March 1972] 12977/72 Heading G1L In a Bourdon tube assembly a spiral coiled Bourdon tube 1 is attached by a temperature compensating link 2 to an extension limb 3 and the arrangement is such that limb 3 is offset axially to the spiral coiled tube 1 so that the joint attaching the link 2 to the limb 3 can be formed after the latter has been attached to the tube 1 without distorting the tube 1. The limb 3 may be of plastics or metal or a combination thereof.
