1392032 Model figures ADAM ROUILLY & CO Ltd 23 June 1972 [25 March 1971] 7781/71 Heading G5G A doll for training purposes, e.g. in clinical methods, is provided with flexible joints having, at least in some measure, a natural appearance. As shown, an upper torso 2, e.g. of hard foam material, is connected to an upper arm portion 4 of similar material by elements 6, 12 pivoted at 8, the opposed faces of the torso and arm defining a space that contains a resilient material 14, e.g. of soft foam material, shaped to simulate the flesh in the region of the shoulder. Elbow, wrist, neck and trunk joints are also described with reference to Figs. 3 to 7 (not shown).
