1387989 Biocidal composition of aliphatic acids EASTMAN KODAK CO 29 Nov 1972 [29 Nov 1971] 55095/72 Heading A5E [Also in Division A2] An anti-fungal, anti-bacterial mixture for the treatment of crops and animal feedstuffs comprises at least two acids selected from propionic, butyric and isobutyric acid, the composition of the mixture lying within the area on the triangular three-phase diagram of the Figure enclosed by the lines connecting the points A, B, C, D, E, F and A. The composition may be diluted with water prior to use. The use of the composition is exemplified in the treatment of corn, wheat, oats, soybeans, cottonseed meal, soybean meal, peanuts, a molasses-containing dairy feed, and tankage.
