1387741 Brackets D MAXWELL 12 Jan 1973 [17 Jan 1972] 2083/72 Addition to 1311960 Heading A4B An article support comprises an upright 1 with a planar front face 2 and longitudinal grooves 7 along its side edges, an article support bracket 21 or 23 for mounting on the upright 1, and a clamp 9 having ridges 19 to engage in the grooves 7 and a part 11 carrying a screw 16 which when tightened clamps a part of the bracket 21 or 23 between the front face 2 and a part of the clamp 9, the clamp 9 being shaped to permit the clamped part of the bracket to be secured optionally to extend either longitudinally or transversely of the upright 1. The brackets may support a shelf, spotlight or display board. The bracket limbs may be disposed at other than the right angle shown.
