1385431 Platform trollies C A TRAPP 19 June 1972 [18 June 1971 8 Nov 1971] 28677/72 Heading B7B [Also in Division B8] A detachable side for a load handling pallet or a trolley comprises a framework 1 wherein the outer members 11, 12 are relatively movable at their lower ends to effect engagement and disengagement with sockets 81, 82 provided on the pallet or trolley. The said lower ends of the members 11, 12 are connected by an over-centre linkage comprising two arms 41, 42 pivotally connected at one end to respective members 11, 12 and pivotally connected at their other ends by a connector 7. The connector 7 has a rectangular cross-section so chosen to control the over-centre end positions of the linkage and hence the relative positions of the lower ends of the members 11, 12.
