Abstract

1383788 Watch band SAWA SEIKOSHA KK 30 Nov 1972 [14 Dec 1971] 55298/72 Heading A3H A watch band comprises a series of polished shaped links 1 made from metallic carbide, metallic oxide or metallic nitride providing hardnesses of at least 700 Hv and preferably at least 1000 Hv, hinged together to form a flexible band. The hinge pins may be made of softer metal than that of the links provision being made for these to be mounted in sleeves of similar or plastics material inserted in the links.
