Abstract

1383768 Reciprocating pumps TORKRET GmbH 28 Jan 1972 [29 Jan 1971] 4168/72 Heading F1A A twin cylinder pump for concrete has an S-shaped distributor 8 pivotably supported by a shaft 13 coaxial with its outlet 10 which is rotatably connected to a delivery conduit 11, the distributor 8 being oscillatable with shaft 13 to align its inlet 9 alternately with two cylinder openings in the bottom of a supply hopper 5, the piston of the cylinder opening not covered by inlet 9 performing its suction stroke. Replaceable wear rings 17 are provided at the cylinder openings, shaft 13 being axially adjustable by a nut (15), Fig. 2 (not shown) to take up wear. A hydraulic cylinder, Fig. 4 (not shown) actuates the distributor. In Figs. 5 and 6 (not shown) the distributor and its shaft. are mounted in a drum (20) rotatably connected between the hopper and pump cylinder assembly.
