Abstract
1380315 Development L S GODOWSKY 23 Feb 1972 [24 Feb 1971] 8416/72 Heading G2C A colour film comprising a plurality of layers each containing a silver salt and a different colour coupler is developed in two stages, first with a bath of aqueous colour developer in inactive acidified form and secondly with sprayed non- agitated aqueous alkaline solution having a pH of at least 10À3. The colour developer may be acidified with sodium bisulphite. The alkaline solution may contain sodium hydroxide or carbonate. It is applied as a fine mist.
