Abstract

1379110 Trolleys A R STOBB 3 July 1972 [2 July 1971] 31020/72 Heading B7B [Also in Division E2] A clamp 24 for securing vertical stacks of paper sheets between its jaws 56, 57, has telescopically sliding box sections 47, 48 locked by a roller 53 riding on ramp 51 and acting through a hole 60 in the outer box section. The clamp has wheels 64 which enable it to be wheeled into guide rails 27, Fig. 1, of a trolley 26 after it has been filled by a stacker with sheets 19 delivered from a compressor 10. It is similarly delivered from the trolley and unstacked (Fig. 2, not shown). A lever (not shown) may be inserted at hole 62 to release the clamp.
