Abstract

1378727 Valves CHRISTIAN BœRKERT BAU ELEKTRISCHER GERATE GmbH 4 July 1973 [22 July 1972] 31798/73 Heading F2V In a solenoid-operated pilot valve the armature 3 is loaded by a spring 6, carries a seal 4 for co-operation with a seat 5 about a pressure inlet and engages a lever 9 which carries a seal 10 for co-operation with a seat 11 about an exhaust and is loaded by a spring 7. A work port A is thus either connected to the inlet or the exhaust depending on whether the solenoid is energized or not. The valve body may be attached to a main valve, the flow connections between the two valves being sealed by concentric seals 13, 14, 15. Rotatable pin 17 with an eccentric projection 18 allows the armature to be actuated manually.
