Abstract

1374331 Stoves C J ALBRIGHT 2 March 1972 9908/72 Heading F4W A food-cooking stove comprises a cabinet 11 forming a cooking chamber 12, the chamber 12 having a narrow opening 14 in one wall of the cabinet, and a support 16 spanning the interior of the chamber positioned adjacent the opening 14 to receive a tray carrying the food to be cooked. The chamber 12 is heated by a plurality of radiant heating elements 13 arranged in various configurations around the chamber, and vents 20 or a vent pipe (21, Fig. 2, not shown) vent the chamber 12 to atmosphere. The heating elements are of an incandescent type, e.g. gas-fed ceramic structures which provide infra-red heat.
