Abstract
1364298 Foundations for buildings; adjustable supports for buildings J JUNG 23 July 1971 [23 July 1970] 34722/71 Headings E1A and E1E A foundation or base for a building subject to subsidence comprisese spring or hydraulic relief elements 5 and adjustable main bearings or supports) 4 which may be mounted on lifting elements or disposed adjacent thereto, see Fig. 5 (not shown), the adjustment of the members 4 and the operation of the lifting elements being controlled automatically by a level sensing system, the foundation consisting of two parallel longitudinal members interconnected by two parallel, transverse members with the main bearings and the elements 5 being mounted thereon as shown. The level sensing system may be actuated by fluid means,or a laser beam.
