1360369 Motor vehicle front suspensions FORD MOTOR CO Ltd 24 April 1973 19409/73 Heading B7D In a motor vehicle front suspension, a rigid axle member 3 is connected by leaf springs 5 to a chassis frame 1, a wishbone arm 7 is pivotally connected to each side of the frame 1 about a pivot axis extending longitudinally of the vehicle , and a king-post 13 carrying a stub axle 17 and a steering arm is connected by ball joints 18 to each end of the axle member and to each wishbone arm 7.
