Abstract

1355531 Air filter SVENSKA FLAKTFABRIKEN AB 25 May 1971 [29 May 1970] 16996/71 Heading BIT A support frame within which a wedgeshaped filter bag is fitted (Fig. 2, not shown) to form a cassette type filter comrises separate side walls 3 and end walls 5 each in the form of a wire grid and which are held together by bars 4 which have notches to accept the wires and flaps which fold over the end wires of the side walls to hold the structure rigid. The completed wire frame is fitted onto a base frame 2 which forms the mouth of the filter, the frames being held together by folding flaps 2a over the wires. A number of wire frames may be mounted side by side on a single base frame (Fig. 3, not shown).
