1355257 Twist-locks BACKTEMANS PATENTER AB 11 June 1971 [12 June 1970] 27414/71 Heading E2B A device for lifting containers having corner castings, two as shown, comprises a yoke supporting a corresponding number of twist-locks 1, each of the latter having a rotational axis 6 and a head with two arms, preferably of different lengths. The head is offset from the axis 6 so that each twist-lock can engage in either the sealant type casting 3, shown in full lines, or the I.S.O. casting 2, shown in broken lines, despite the differences in shape and centre spacings 7, 8, between these two types of casting.
