1354720 Releasable fastenings TRENIMARK Ltd 18 Oct 1971 48283/71 Heading E2B [Also in Division G5] A display device comprises a series of sign boards 2 of hollow box construction held in position by plastics strips 6, connectors 36, 37, 47, 48 and feet 31. Each board 2 is formed from a cardboard blank. The flaps 10, 13, 14, 16 are folded at right angles, the flap 16 being glued to the panel 3, whereupon the flaps 17, 18, 19, 21 are similarly folded, and the ear 24 is inserted into the incision 22. Similarly with the other two edges of the panel 3, a further panel 4 being affixed to the flaps 13, 18 to form a hollow box. In this construction, a slit 5 is formed which receives one end of a strip 6, the other end being inserted into the slit of another sign board 2. The lowermost boards 2 are supported by feet 31 having a strip portion engaging a slot 5 or by connectors 36 having two prongs which engage holes 26 of two adjacent boards. Another type of connector 37 has two downward prongs and one upward prong, and a further type (46, Fig. 22, not shown) has two prongs on each side. The connector 48 has two downward prongs, and connector 47 has one prong on each side.
